Ardoin’s Sausage Kitchen didn’t start as some big business plan. It started with faith, family, and a calling to do something real - something that served people.

I’m Andre Ardoin, and this place is a reflection of everything I believe in. I grew up with strong Creole roots, watching the way food brought people together. The smells, the sounds, the way a pot of beans or a fresh link of sausage could turn a hard day into something good. I wanted to carry that forward. But not just with flavor - with purpose!

Every seasoning blend we use came through prayer. That’s not a figure of speech. I fasted, prayed, and listened. What we’re doing here isn’t just cooking. It’s ministry. It’s tradition. It’s honoring where we came from.

What WeServe

We hand-stuff every sausage link right here. We vacuum-tumble our meats to make sure they’re tender and full of flavor. We don’t cut corners. You’ll find boudin, cracklings, tasso, seasoned turkey necks, stuffed ponce, pork steaks — the kind of stuff you usually have to go to three different places to find. We’ve got it all in one spot, made the right way.

We also serve daily plate lunches. Big, comforting, hot plates like red beans and rice, smothered meats, fresh sides, and cornbread. The kind of food that feels like it came from someone’s home kitchen — because it basically did.

And if you just need to grab something fast, we’ve got you too. Our coolers are stocked with ready-to-cook meats, marinated cuts, and even some local staples like Community Coffee and milk. It's a little grocery store for the neighborhood.

We’re not just a kitchen, we’re part of the community. Before we even opened the doors, we had over 1,100 folks following the journey. People could feel the heart behind it.

We’re creating jobs, bringing life back to a corner of Eunice, and giving people a place they can be proud of. Whether you’re swinging by the drive-thru or coming in to visit, we want you to feel welcome. To feel seen. To leave full — not just your stomach, but your spirit too.
